  • 1. Initial Consultation & Application: Both parties submit required background details, court orders, and contact information.
  • 2. Independent Intake Interviews: Separate orientation sessions with each parent to review rules, guidelines, scheduling, and safety protocols.
  • 3. Child Orientation: A brief, comforting introduction to help the child feel familiar and secure with the location and supervisor before the first visit.
  • 4. Scheduled Visits & Ongoing Support: Implementation of safe, supervised visits paired with clear, unbiased record-keeping.

Parent Guidelines & Rules of Conduct

  • Strict Neutrality & Boundaries: Parents must refrain from discussing court cases, legal proceedings, custody disputes, or adult topics with or in front of the child.
  • Zero Tolerance Policy: Visibly impaired individuals (under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs) or those displaying aggressive behavior will have their visit canceled immediately, and law enforcement/the court will be notified.
  • Recording & Photography: Audio recording, video recording, or taking photos is strictly prohibited during visits unless explicit prior authorization is granted by the court or supervisor.
  • Discipline & Physical Contact: Physical discipline of any kind is prohibited. Physical affection (hugs, holding hands) must be initiated or welcomed by the child.
  • Gift & Food Policies: All snacks, meals, or gifts brought for the child must be pre-approved by the supervisor during intake or before the visit starts.
